I've been going to Dr. Z for about two years and I've felt wonderful! In August I let life get in the way of going in for my adjustments and I have paid dearly for that mistake! I just haven't felt right, something just seemed off. My hip recently went out and the pain was horrible. After the first appointment I was able to sleep through the night and after the second, I felt like dancing! It's amazing how great you feel when everything is in alignment! I love the dry needling! I highly recommend Align Your Spine Chiropractic. Since beginning chiropractic treatment with Dr. Z over a year ago, I have seen tremendous improvement with my low back and foot injuries, particularly after the addition of dry needling several months ago. One thing I love about AYS is that the doctors tend to take a holistic approach to your care, looking beyond the site of your acute injury/illness into other areas that could be contributing to your injury or negatively impacting your overall health. In working with Dr. Z, I have rediscovered how important correcting muscle imbalances, maintaining proper nutrition, and receiving regular chiropractic adjustments are to not just healing my injuries, but preventing further injuries, achieving and maintaining optimal health, and just feeling good in general.
