I showed up at Align Your Spine in June of this year with severe lower back pain, pain radiating down my entire right leg and hot flashes that would keep me up at night, AND a rash on my neck and chest. Both Dr Z and Dr Socha have been great at adjusting me weekly and with the expertise of Dr Z’s nutritional program, my symptoms have subsided. I’ve been under a great deal of stress the past year and my body was experiencing severe inflammation. The nutritional program Dr Z has me on has greatly impacted my health in the most positive way! I highly encourage both the chiropractic and nutritional programs that Align Your Spine offers!

I am so happy with my results so far. I have been seeing Dr Z for my nutrition and it is amazing the difference I feel now compared to two months ago. Just in the past week I have noticed a huge difference with my skin on both forearms. I had a crepey saggy old looking skin and just in a weeks time it has it's elasticity back. I am so glad I made the decision to see him.
